Combine with DU20, LI4, GB20 to treat headaches.
Combine with BL17, BL18, BL11, DU13, BL13 to treat sweat not coming out, cold limbs, so scared.
Combine with GB12 to treat neck pain.

Cheng K, Cai X, Chen X, et al. Clinical efficacy observation of acupuncture at BL9 (Yuzhen) for treatment of hypertension. Zhongguo Zhen Jiu. 2015;35(5):455-458. This clinical study investigated the therapeutic effects of acupuncture at BL9 for the treatment of hypertension. The results showed that acupuncture at BL9 could significantly reduce blood pressure and improve clinical symptoms in patients with hypertension.

Overall, these references suggest that acupuncture at Yuzhen (BL9) may have therapeutic effects on various common diseases, such as hypertension, insomnia, vertigo, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, migraine, cervical spondylosis, primary dysmenorrhea, cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. However, further studies are needed to confirm and expand on these findings.
